Breakfast for me is often a bit late in the day… wake up, hydrate & alkalize with lemon water, then slowly drink 2 massive mugs of strong mate (prob not so good for me)… then it’s been grapefruit juice OR leftover last night eats with some greenhouse greens & an egg, paired with cultured veggies (of course).  Maybe not looking so good before it is cooked?  But YUM in a few minutes.
